Shipping Policy

MAHDI MOHIBI dispatches frozen seafood from Cranbourne West, Melbourne. Every order travels in an insulated liner with gel packs, and we only hand parcels to the courier on days when they can be delivered without a weekend in transit.

Processing time. Orders are picked, packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed after 12pm AEST, at a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Estimated transit is 7–14 business days from dispatch for Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate. Remote and regional addresses can take a few days longer. Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.

If a parcel arrives later than the estimate, contact service@zenithfurbaby.shop with your order number and we will follow it up with the carrier. If it arrives thawed, see our Refund and Return Policy.

Delivery address. Please give an address where someone can take the parcel indoors on the day it arrives. We cannot deliver to PO boxes for frozen goods. If a parcel is returned to us because no one could receive it, we will contact you before arranging redelivery.
