Seafood should not be a special occasion
Most households buy fish twice a month at most, then pay restaurant prices when they do. We buy in larger lots, portion it properly and pass the difference on.
Packs are weighed on the bench, labelled with the pack date and frozen hard before they are boxed. Nothing is refrozen and nothing is padded with water to reach the weight on the label.

Before you order
How big are the packs?
Each listing gives the net frozen weight and roughly how many portions that makes. Most packs feed two to four people.
Can I cook straight from frozen?
For squid rings, prawns and crab, yes: run them under cold water for a few minutes, then pat dry. Tuna and whole fish cook better after a slow thaw in the fridge overnight.
Do you deliver to apartments?
We do, but someone needs to take the parcel indoors on the day it arrives. Give a work address if nobody is home during the day.
What if an item is out of stock?
We will email you before dispatch. You can swap it for another species, wait for the next landing, or have that item refunded.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order one pack or ten; the delivery charge is calculated at checkout either way.
